4. Content and Copyright
Free tier: Generated content includes a watermark and is for personal use only. Pro tier: Generated content is yours to use commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not request copyrighted characters or trademarks.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ColorPage AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, hateful, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
6. Subscription and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
ColorPage AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
